Audio Booth Hearing Testing
We will come to your job site and test your employees hearing in our soundproof hearing booth trailer, that includes 3 hearing booths. The process includes a hearing history questionnaire and otoscopic examination. Next, the audiometric exam is performed wearing a headset while sitting inside the booth. We collect all of the data and return to the clinic, where we then download the data and analyze it. Whether it is a baseline report or an annual exam where we are comparing the results to previous exams, we can provide the results of the exams within 24 – 72 hours. Our on-going support helps customers with audiometric testing compliance, standard threshold shift case management, and work-relatedness determinations.
Drug Testing and Breath Alcohol Testing
We can provide a variety of drug screens for your employees on-site. Usually, employers choose a morning before the regular shift starts and our on-site crew arrives, sets up, and performs the chosen tests. The tests may be instant rapid tests or multiple panel collections that are sent out to a lab for analysis. We can also do urine collections and breath alcohol tests, and hair follicle collection.
Flu Shots
Flu shots can be performed for your staff on-site to avoid illnesses that can often leave companies without critical staffing needs. Price may vary depending on the cost of the vaccines each year. We recommend scheduling early so your amount of vaccines can be ordered and available for your staff when the season approaches.
Pulmonary Function Testing
Pulmonary function testing is performed with Spirometry equipment to evaluate worker respiratory health in medical surveillance programs. It can also help to screen workers for their ability to perform certain work tasks. We come to your job site and test your employees then evaluate the data to give an accurate report of the pulmonary health of each employee.
Tuberculin Skin Tests
We can come to your location to administer a TB skin test to determine if an employee is infected with TB bacteria. This is a small injection under the skin of a purified protein derivative (PPD). TB skin tests should not be performed on people who have written documentation of a previous positive TB test or treatment for TB disease. The site of the injection should be read between 48 and 72 hours after the test was administered.
Job Site Evaluations
Our ergonomic professionals will evaluate the essential job functions and any additional tasks/activities. A review of the physical environment, work stations, and safety hazards will be assessed, as well as physical demands and barriers. We then will provide employer training for safe lifting, how to protect your back, and injury prevention.
